Awards are a result of hard work—recognition for construction performance. Each award represents an unforgettable experience working diligently with our partners to build communities and enhance the quality of life for others. For us, the reward is not the award.

About Our Partners

Architects

Architects spend months, even years along with clients to first develop a project vision, garner funding and solidify a design that incorporates that vision. Our role is to help the team realize that vision.  John Rohn said, “Whatever good things we build end up building us.”

Subcontractors / Suppliers

Clients and architects see no distinction between Ascent and our subcontractors/suppliers. As with employees, we must first take care of our subcontractors/suppliers, then each will work with us to service our clients and architects. Our relationships with subcontractors/suppliers have a significant impact on project success or failure, these relationships often develop into long-term friendships.

Varco-Pruden (VP)

Ascent has been a builder and dealer with VP for over 16 years. We pride ourselves on out-of-the-box thinking and applying innovative pre-engineered building solutions that offer high-value benefits to our clients.  (See www.vp.com for more information.)

Cities

Private/public partnerships with cities have allowed us to work collaboratively in transforming redevelopment and blighted properties into tax generating assets that enhance communities and bring positive change.

Our Clients

8This project has been extremely successful and I hear compliments every day from patients and staff on how beautiful the facility is. Thank you, Ascent for your hard work and patience.  ~James G. Parrish, Humboldt Hospital, CEO/Administrator

9We have seen many construction projects start and finish and contractors come and go. Over the years, the contractor we prefer that consistently delivers outstanding work for Carbon County and exceeds our expectations is Ascent Construction.  ~John Jones, former Carbon County Commissioner/Chairman

10I have been very impressed with you willingness to tackle construction problems with “solutions” versus “excuses”, which unfortunately the latter I have been witness to all too often with other contractors and consultants.  ~Chris Melville, C.A.E., West Wendover City Manager

11Even though over 1,000 patients visited the clinic daily, Ascent was very successful in accommodating our day-to-day clinic operations without interruptions or hindrances to our patients. The final result was a high-quality facility completed in a way that did not interfere with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.  ~Marshall McKinnon, CEO Tanner Clinic

12The Ascent Construction team has been diligent, experienced and very professional in managing all aspects of our construction project. I would highly recommend them to others.  ~Kari Sagers, Former Director, Tooele County Emergency management

6Skeptics were plentiful when we started the project and moved the completion date up by a full month, but today they are all joining with my staff in exclaiming “WOW”!  ~Kelly Stephens, President, Dixie Applied Technology College

14I highly recommend Ascent as a builder who will manage your budget and will provide a high-quality, award-winning facility. ~Ronnie Schmitz, VP District Manager

15My team appreciated the close communication and attentiveness of the Estimator, Project Manager and all others involved.  Based on the timing, pricing and performance of Ascent Construction on this project, we will certainly consider Ascent Construction for future projects.  ~David Anderson, Discover Financial Services, Regional Facilities Sr. Manager

17The project as you know was a very challenging one for different reasons but your guys rolled with the hurdles and gave us a fantastic facility. Relationships
& Trust Matter

white-line

Trust is critical in construction. It can take years to earn and seconds to lose. At Ascent, we recognize it is important to keep trust at the forefront of everything we do. We know our efforts to cultivate, earn, and maintain trusted relationships internally with our employees and externally with clients and partners will bring lasting benefits to our business. That’s why relationships and trust matter.

"When people honor each other, there is a trust established that leads to synergy, interdependence, and deep respect. Both parties make decisions and choices based on what is right, what is best, what is valued most highly." –Blaine Lee
